Three years ago we purchased an expensive waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale. Shortly after moving in, we discovered that the sellers had concealed extensive damage from water and termites. Marks Morris Construction was recommended to us by a very trusted friend.
The extent of damage and the scope of repairs were an unknown to us and to Mr. Morris at the outset of the project. As it turned out, it was the worst-case scenario. The house including exterior walls, interior walls, roof and windows had to be removed and rebuilt. I believe that a project of this nature has to be a construction company's worst nightmare.
Marks Morris accepted the challenge and turned this disaster into a truly beautiful home. Mr. Morris demonstrated the highest level of honesty and competence in orchestrating this project.
I would not hesitate to recommend Marks Morris for any project that they felt capable of undertaking. I would not consider using another construction company for my business or home.
